The public overview contains `active_jobs`, `active_companies`, `active_sources`, and nullable `last_updated_at`. It does not expose listings, company profiles, source health, raw payloads, protected history, customer records, or operator tooling.

Callback costs $0.01 USDC, Retry costs $0.02 USDC, and Resolve costs $0.03 USDC on their x402-paid paths. They use x402 v2 exact settlement on Base Mainnet (`eip155:8453`). Use each current PAYMENT-REQUIRED response for authoritative settlement requirements and never hardcode the recipient address.

- Authentication: organization bearer API key; scoped jobs:read, companies:read, or signals:read.
- GET /v1/jobs/search requires q; GET /v1/jobs accepts optional q and normalized filters.
- GET /v1/jobs/{id}; GET /v1/jobs/{id}/history; GET /v1/history; GET /v1/skills.
- GET /v1/companies/{domain}; GET /v1/companies/{domain}/jobs; GET /v1/companies/{domain}/hiring.
- GET /v1/metrics/overview; GET /v1/metrics/hiring.
- Jobs list, search, and company jobs: default limit 50, maximum 100; pass nextCursor as cursor while retaining filters. Order: last_seen_at DESC, id DESC. Pages are not a frozen snapshot.
- Job history: up to 100 versions with limit, no cursor. Skills and history feed: latest/top 100, no pagination parameters.
- Hiring window: days 7–90, default 30. Hiring acceleration is null until historical readiness is met; it is not a prediction.
- Errors use error.code and error.message. Codes include unauthorized, insufficient_scope, invalid_request, rate_limited, insufficient_credits, not_found, service_unavailable.
- A Jobs Data 402 insufficient_credits response is not an x402 payment challenge. Callback, Retry, and Resolve have separate x402 contracts.
- The free allowance is 2,500 credits for 14 days for new verified organizations. Paid plan selection requires explicit checkout confirmation.
- Location text is not a normalized city. Country codes are nullable and require explicit supported evidence.

Public catalogue preview: GET https://data.exende.dev/v1/public/search?q=engineer (no key). q only, at most 80 characters and 6 terms. Returns actual active-job aggregates plus at most 5 restricted sample jobs from a fixed pool of at most 12 across all searches. No pagination, full descriptions, bulk export, customer data, or operator metadata. Country/location counts describe explicit country evidence and source location labels, not normalized cities.
